Your boss's brain may be irrational, but its
extremely predictable
|
And your direct reports? Can
you manage them? Are you
harnessing what we know about the predictability of the brain to give your
career a boost? Wouldn't your strategy and tactics be vastly different, if you
understood the irrational
aspects career success?
If you don't understand the simplicity and predictability of the
brain, a lot of your career potential may be wasted. And you may not
even realize it! Here's your opportunity to learn the psychological system to
get behind what
makes your boss's brain tick, and how to get things done through others. Then you can use this information to inject new
possibilities into your career!
What's the catch?
Within this website is a gold mine of power-packed
information that allows you to look at your career from a radically different
viewpoint, so there must be a catch, right? Not at all. Here's my
reasoning. I
would rather build long-term readership with fewer readers whose careers really
benefit from what I teach, than thousands of people who never read my articles.
This business model ensures long-term success: both yours and mine.
The free articles are simply a way for you to determine for yourself if you
would like to subscribe to the free monthly Promotabilities newsletter. In order
to keep my mailing list clean, please poke around on this site a little to see
if there is a match, and ONLY THEN sign up for the Promotabilities newsletter.
And if at any time you find the Promotabilites System no longer beneficial to
your current situation, please help me keep my list clean and unsubscribe.
The purpose of this website
As an executive MBA educator, I am appalled at the re-hashed, shallow
pop-management fluff available on the internet. The damage it may be making to
real people's real careers is even more upsetting. The reason I set up this
website was to make sure you get the best possible information on topics such as
office politics, influence, managing people, managing conflict, and standing out
at work.
Call me optimistic, but it's my opinion that unless people are truly
desperate, they have the ability to sniff out the truth. And that is what you
will find here, concise but helpful, 'how-to' examples from the Promotabilities newsletter
that will easily pass your truth detector.
The Promotabilities newsletter is FREE, but it's not a hastily put-together
document. Though concise, each newsletter is extremely comprehensive in its
detail. You'll find the information fun and quick to read, simple to implement,
and psychologically sound. And you'll only get it once a month...at the most, so
I won't be bugging you all the time. I'm just not that prolific.
Three reasons why you should subscribe
Reason 1: There are no pop ups. That
alone should clue you in.
Reason 2: You're not
my guinea pig. People before you have tested it
and found it to be extremely good value.
Reason 3: Only 3 articles are open for
public viewing. The rest are hidden from view. You will get the
direct link in the newsletter I send you each month. There's no
password. You can't find the hidden pages on your own. So, without
the link in the newsletter, you miss out on .
Go on, grab yourself a strong coffee, and
something to eat. You're going to be on this site for a long, long
time, so you might as well get comfortable.
